PlayStation’s last week of the 2016 Holiday Sale is live, here’s what’s cheap

The last week of the PlayStation sale surrounding the Holidays of 2016 is upon is. This sale discounts titles for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PS Vita.

The sale runs until January 3 at 8 a.m. PT. If you’re a PS Plus user, the games listed in this chart below get even cheaper.

What’s worth buying?

You won’t get to the really, really great stuff until you look at the PS4’s pile. There are multiple games in that category well worth the price of admission.

Watch Dogs 2 is a surprisingly good second entry. Valkyria Chronicles Remastered is an astounding tactical affair with a strong story and outstanding characters. Titanfall 2 is a blast, and awesome at $29.99. You can’t go wrong with The Witcher 3. The Witness is a puzzler from the creator of Braid, and it will have you stumped.

Even Attack on Titan is a great effort for that genre.

Take a look at the list, and pick something up to finish out your winter holiday strong. I wound up buying Mirror’s Edge Catalyst during last week’s sale. I’m almost done. Disappointing? Absolutely. It’s worth the $12 I paid, though.
