The Ford Econoline is an icon of motoring that I don’t think gets the credit it deserves. These vans were responsible for much of the commercial activity in America in the last quarter of the 20th century, and they deserve more attention for that. Until then, though, let’s just enjoy scrutinizing them from the inside out.
