It’s been a while since I’ve gotten to write about a successful Kickstarter, and the one I get to single out today is about as successful as they come. Dark Souls – The Board Game entered its campaign looking for a measly £50,000 ($72,000), and creator Steamforged Games is walking away with a staggering £3,771,474 ($5.4 million!).

The board game obviously cleared most of its stretch goals with a figure like that. However, Steamforged promised to unlock the £4,000,000 and deliver it to backers on the house.
Dark Souls – The Board Game isn’t due for released until April 2017.
