Holy Shit Someone Actually Used A Bugatti Veyron

The Bugatti Veyron is the kind of car you see driving around a city center at five miles an hour, at best, or sitting in a climate-controlled garage at worst. That’s what makes it so shocking to see one being used to all of its abilities: doing 1184 horsepower all-wheel drive donuts in the dirt.

At the recent Heveningham Concours supercar event (with a somewhat familiar long driveway), this Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse World Record Car was used as it really should be. No, I don’t mean going 254 miles per hour and setting some record then sitting in air-conditioning like it was an investment and nothing else.

I mean rocketing to what uploader TheTFJJ claims as a good 150 mph and then turning tight ones in the dirt.

I mean, is this car really that different from a STI or Evo? It’s a big power turbo all-wheel drive machine. There’s nothing that’s stopping it from looping around on somebody’s lawn.

OK, maybe the tires on this thing alone cost as much as a Subaru but that shouldn’t stop any Bugatti owner.

I hope that we’re seeing just the start of Good Veyron ownership. These cars are getting older by the day, and with the Bugatti Chiron superseding them as The Fastest Mostest Biggest of the automotive world, the Veyron looks like it’s getting a chance to finally be, you know, a car.
