HTC is set to announce its newest phone, allegedly called the HTC 10, next month. Now the company has revealed another key detail ahead of the official unveiling on April 12.

HTC seems to be hinting that the new phone will feature a redesigned version of its popular BoomSound speakers. The front facing speaker grills were included in the company’s last few flagship phones, but were noticeably missing from the One A9. Thankfully, it sounds like BoomSound will be making a comeback with the HTC 10.

The teaser also offers a close-up look at the new speakers. You can see tightly clustered rows of circular speaker grills, along with a single row of oval-shaped speaker holes. It’s an interesting design, but we’re not sure how it will look on the actual device.

HTC previously hinted that the new phone will sport “world class” cameras. It’s also rumored to pack a 5.15-inch Quad HD display, a 3000mAh battery, a Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB of RAM and at least 32GB of expandable storage. It may even support HTC’s Vive virtual reality headset in some capacity.

Clearly the Taiwanese phone-maker is pulling out all the stops for the HTC 10. We just hope the company can make good on these promises and deliver the killer products it needs.
