If you want to stop paying your cable company $100 per month for channels you don’t watch, it might be time to cut the cord. Between services like Netflix, Hulu+, Sling TV, and HBO Now, it’s easier than ever to declare cable independence, but a good antenna is still a critical piece of equipment for picking up your local broadcast stations.

Today only on Amazon, a pair of top-selling antennas are deeply discounted, including both an amplified indoor model, and a directional outdoor antenna if you live further outside of a city. You can use Lifehacker’s guide to help you pick, but these should pick up your local NFL games on Fox and CBS, Sunday Night Football on NBC, a bunch of college games on various networks, and of course, Bachelor in Paradise on ABC.

If you still own any TVs without some kind of smart TV dongle attached, you can fix that today with a pair of Roku discounts. The refurbished Streaming Stick should be good enough for, say, a bedroom TV, but you’ll probably want to spring for the 4K Roku Premiere for your living room.

And don’t forget, the Alexa-enabled Fire TV Stick is still on sale for $35.

Anker’s PowerLine cables have long been reader favorites, and you can score a pair of 6′ USB 3.0 to USB-C cables for $12 right now, one of the best deals we’ve seen.

If you want to go all out, a single nylon-braided PowerLine+ cable is also on sale for $10.

Launched under Anker’s home brand, Eufy, the Genie smart speaker starts at $35- the lowest price so far on Amazon’s analog, the Dot, but today the barrier to entry to the Alexa ecosystem gets even lower at just 30 bucks. Even better, new subscribers to Amazon Music Unlimited get three months free with their Genie purchase.

Sometimes, I’m still amazed that you can get a 65″ TV for $700, let alone one with 4K resolution, HDR10 support, built-in Roku software, and the ability to use your phone as a remote. $700 is about $100 less than usual, and while we’ve seen the 55″ model on sale for $400 a few times in the past month, 65″ screens actually have nearly 40″ more screen area than 55″, so you’re getting what you pay for here.

An SSD is the best upgrade you can give your older computer, and Samsung’s 850 EVO line is the most popular one there is. A worldwide NAND shortage has reversed the previously inexorable downward price trend on these things over the past year or so, but today on Amazon, you can get a 500GB drive for $140, or 250GB for $90, the best prices Amazon’s listed in 2017.

iClever 4.2A USB Power Receptacle, $14 with code ICWALL77

We’ve seen our fair share of USB power receptacle deals, but this $14 model from iClever is one of the most affordable options yet. Half the things you plug in these days probably plug into USB, so it just makes a ton of sense to install these.

Anker Air Vent Magnetic Car Mount, $8 with code YTXCPYKJ

Anker’s take on the ubiquitous magnetic air vent smartphone mount comes with a twist. Or rather, a swivel. Get it for $8 with code YTXCPYKJ.

Anker SoundCore 2, $34 with code SUNANK55

With its 24 hour battery life, iumpressive bass, and crystal clear sound quality, the Anker SoundCore has long been our readers’ favorite affordable Bluetooth speaker. But its run may be at an end, because Anker just upgraded it with IPX5 water resistance, and you can get the new model for an all-time low $34 today with code SUNANK55.

The SoundCore 2 still includes dual drivers and that amazing 24 hour battery; the only real differences are a slightly tweaked design and the aforementioned water resistance. That means you can take it to the pool, the beach, or even the shower without fear.

If price has been the barrier to entry keeping you from better audio, here’s the first opportunity since Prime Day to grab Status Audio’s CB-1s for their best price ever, $63.

Status is a direct-to-consumer headphone company, building great cans in proven form factors without the markup that comes with popular brands. In fact, there’s no branding here whatsoever.

The CB-1s are extremely comfortable out of the box, more so (for me) than the ATH-M50X, MDR7506, SR60e, or V-MODA Crossfade Wireless, just to name a few off the top of my head (ha!).

The CB-1s have a (relatively) flat frequency response that’s great for listening to a variety of music or audio/video editing, with a wide sound stage in a closed back design. I get good isolation/seal with the updated pads. The inclusion of two detachable cables- coiled and straight, is also generous and welcome. Even better that they smartly attach with a twist lock.

We know from five years of Kinja Deals that great over-ear, closed back headphones for under $70 is no joke. Depending on what you’ve shelled out for in the past, they might even blow away your much more expensive pairs.

1 Year NordVPN, $48 with code VIP70 | 2 Year Plan, $72 with code 2YSpecial2017

VPNs are in the news these days, and with good reason. So if you’re curious to sign up and start protecting your browsing history and personal data (or, you know, getting around websites’ geoblocks), NordVPN charges less per month than a typical trip to Starbucks.

NordVPN has long been one of the most popular and reliable VPN providers out there, and if you sign up for a one-year membership, promo code VIP70 will drop your annual price from $69 to $48. If you’re sure you want to commit, use this link instead to get a special two year plan for $79 with code 2YSpecial2017. Lifehacker has recommended Nord in some previous guides, but if you have any firsthand experience with the service, sound off in the comments!

Char-Griller Akorn Kamado Kooker, $173 with code WAREHOUSE30

Update: Back in stock, if you missed it last week!

If you want a Big Green Egg charcoal grill, but don’t want to cash in your 401(k) to buy one, this Char-Griller alternative is down to $173 on Jet today with promo code WAREHOUSE30, easily the best price we’ve ever seen on this.

The Char-Griller Akorn Kamado Kooker features a 306 square inch cast iron cooking surface (which is most similar to the $829 large Big Green Egg), and traps heat inside a heavily-insulated stainless steel body. Our deal researcher, Corey, owns a BGE, and I asked him about it on Slack:

And I use my BGE for about 70% of meat meals.

Probably 90% during the warm months.

Best Father’s Day gift I’ll ever get.

Lana jokes that she’s the one who benefits most because I cook on it all the time.

Worth the price just for its ability to cook pizza, IMO.

But pork chops, lions, tenderloin are beyond incredible on it.

Obviously, this isn’t the “real thing,” but the consensus among Amazon reviewers is that it’s at least nearly as good, which sounds like a decent compromise considering it’s less than 1/4 of the price, and comes with a stable cart and folding shelves, both of which you’d need to buy separately with the Egg.

Masterbuilt Electric Smoker, $154 with code WAREHOUSE30

This $154 Masterbuilt electric smoker (with code WAREHOUSE30) makes cooking jerky, brisket, or (insert meat of your choice) as easy as dropping in some wood chips and hitting a few buttons.

I’m going to go out on a limb and assume you don’t have a pressing need for a laminator. But even so, odds are that it’d come in handy at least a few times per year, so you might as well add one to your home office while it’s on sale for $30.

Suaoki 4-in-1 Cree LED Flashlight, $18 with code 6L5PHWMJ

A rechargeable Cree LED flashlight for $18 would be a pretty good deal under any circumstances, but this one includes a seatbelt cutter, window hammer, and even a 10,400Ah USB battery charger. Plus, it includes IPX6 waterproofing, so you’ll still be able to use it if you drive your car into a lake.

This portable clothesline is marketed towards campers and outdoor enthusiasts, but I think it would come in handy at home for clothes you don’t want to run through the dryer.
