Video: Zelda fans rush into E3 to stand in line for four hours to play demo

So, Zelda‘s been pretty popular at this year’s E3 convention. Nintendo took the wraps off of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild in a big way before the show floor opened on Tuesday, and it’s been a crazy rush to try the demo ever since.

I saw the title behind closed doors on Wednesday, and the Nintendo rep told me that they have somewhere near 150 kiosks for the game, including the smaller press space. Even with that amount, the show floor opens at 10 a.m. and they’ve had to cap the line each day at 10:30 a.m. There simply weren’t enough kiosks to accommodate the demand for a full day.

That means fans had to rush in. Two videos show some pretty intense angles here.

We went hands-on with Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The game is incredible, and I totally get why these fans are going so nuts for it. I don’t think I could wait in line for four hours, though.

What do you think of all this craziness?
