With the possible exception of salt, olive oil is probably the most-used ingredient you have in your kitchen, but the oil aisle is fraught with perils and scams, so it’s a good idea to find an olive oil you trust, commit its label to memory, and stick with it.
So this week, we’re asking you what we should reach for the next time our olive oil bottle runs dry. Just check out the rules below, and then head down to the comments to nominate your favorite.
