Denver Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib was reportedly shot in a Dallas, Texas, night club early Sunday morning.

Rebecca Lopez of WFAA-TV reported that Talib was in the hospital after being shot in the leg during an altercation at the Vlive club in Dallas.

Lopez reported that Talib was taken to and treated at Medical City Dallas Hospital.

On Sunday afternoon, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Talib had been discharged from the hospital.

It’s unclear what the reason for the altercation was or the extent of Talib’s injury. According to Mike Klis of News9, sources close to Talib say the shooting was accidental.

It is not Talib’s first run-in with trouble. According to The Dallas Morning News, Talib was alleged to have been involved in an altercation in a Dallas night club in 2015. In 2011, Talib was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after he and his mother reportedly shot at his brother’s girlfriend during a domestic dispute. The charges were reportedly dropped. In 2009, he was reportedly arrested on charges of simple battery and resisting arrest after being accused of punching a taxi driver.
