Gurumin 3D coming to Nintendo 3DS later this summer

Everyone needs a little Gurumin in their lives, and Nintendo fans are about to get that chance later this summer when publisher Mastiff brings it to the Nintendo 3DS. The platform jump makes sense, too, considering the action adventure extravaganza is more or less directly inspired by The Legend of Zelda.

Only, because it is from Ys and The Legend of Heroes developer Falcom and not some other studio, players are going to get a really quality game out of it. I remember when this obscure little gem turned up in a pile of throwaway PSP RPGs during a PlayStation Store sale, and I picked it up after seeing Falcom’s name. Didn’t regret it one bit.

Gurumin is a fantastic action adventure title with over 90 items to collect, mini-games, and 35 hours of gameplay. I never did wrap up my playthrough of it either, because my Vita’s battery was misbehaving at the time. This summer will provide an excellent chance to go back once Mastiff gives it a new life on a new platform.

Gurumin 3D will be released this summer for the Nintendo 3DS.
