Motorola teases next flagship with nostalgic look at the RAZR

Next month, Lenovo is expected to unveil two new Motorola phones, including the Moto Z, which rumor has it will be just 5.2mm thin. Well, let this nostalgic RAZR commercial be your first hint that Lenovo intends on introducing something of that ilk at Lenovo Tech World in June.

The commercial focuses on Motorola’s classic RAZR flip phone, which was an early icon of the cell phone era. Everyone who was anyone had one—I did not—and that seems to be the message behind this teaser. Are we going to see another flip phone? Does Lenovo believe the next Moto device will be as popular?

We’ll see what happens when Lenovo Tech World kicks off on June 9.
