The 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro are less than 100 days away. The Olympic trials for each sport are being held through June and July.

There are many US hopefuls who are training to represent their country. Kellogg’s is an official sponsor of the games and has put a team together of five hopefuls and a captain — captain and retired Olympic swimmer Dara Torres, Simone Biles, Tom Shields, Julie Johnston, Ajee’ Wilson, and Natalie Bieule.

On Thursday, these athletes met at Union Square in New York City to showcase their talents and talk about what gets them started in the morning. Business Insider got a chance to meet and speak with each of them.
