A chaotic scene broke out Tuesday at a Nissan dealership in Texas when two bounty hunters discovered the fugitive they were tracking inside, according to news reports. A brief scuffle inside a glass office between the hunters and the fugitive led to a shootout, leaving all three dead.

The shooting occurred around 7:15 p.m. at a Nissan dealership in Greenville, about 50 miles northeast of Dallas.

According to the Dallas Morning News, officials identified the bounty hunters as Fidel Garcia Jr. and Gabriel Bernal. The fugitive, Minnesota resident Ramon Hutchinson, had an outstanding warrant for failing to appeal in court on a drug charge and had been wanted on other felony charges for assaulting a police officer, the Morning News reports, so the bounty hunters were sent to find him.

NPR says the bounty hunters waited outside the dealership for several hours before Hutchinson arrived. Video obtained by the Morning News showed Bernal and Garcia approach a glass office where Hutchinson was located with their guns drawn and gave him commands. Hutchinson tried to pull a pistol out, the newspaper reports, but it fell onto a desk.

Cell phone video of the incident was captured—which mostly features the sounds of gunshots ringing—has been posted below, but viewer discretion is highly advised.

After a brief altercation between the men, Hutchinson managed to scoop his gun back up and fired off a string of shots. The bounty hunters fired back, a total of about 20 shots in succession in just six seconds, the Morning News says.

All three reportedly died at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds. No one else was injured in the altercation.
